Shipping policy

Standard shipping is usually 7 - 10 days but not guaranteed.

Expedited shipping is usually 2-3 days but not guaranteed.

Our responsibility for the package ends once we have delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages. If you receive a delivery confirmation email and your package was not delivered, immediately contact your carrier and provide them the tracking number. When carriers scan a package a GPS location is also given at the same time. This will help the carrier locate where you package was delivered. Also check with your neighbors the package may have been delivered to them by mistake. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to be there for the delivery of the package to prevent stolen packages.
